Inspect your order carefully when it arrives. If you are not fully satisfied, return it with the supplied return form on your invoice. All items must be returned within 30 days in new, unused, unlaundered and resalable condition. This must include all of the manufacturer’s packaging material and tags. The Fort will NOT accept any returned packages sent C.O.D. If your return is older than 60 days you may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Defective items need to be returned within 1 year of purchased date, and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis according to manufactures policy. We suggest that you insure your return packages. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged packages returned to us.
Return the items with the completed lower 1/3 portion of the invoice. For Returns complete the front portion of the form and for exchanges complete the front and back portions of the Return/Exchange form. For questions regarding the return form, please contact Customer Service. Remember to protect the mfg packaging material; this includes boot & hat boxes when you prepare your item to be shipped back to us.
BACKORDERED ITEMS please allow an estimated 2 - 6 weeks for delivery. Credit card orders will not be charged until item is shipped. If you want to cancel this item please contact customer service.
CANCELLED ITEM may no longer be available and the overall shipping cost may have been adjusted. We do not like to cancel item(s) from any order, but there are times when the item you have ordered is no longer available from the manufacture, or the item did not pass our quality control department. When you receive a saddle, fit it to your horse as soon as possible. If the saddle does not meet your expectation, you are free to return the saddle (via UPS, insured, only) the next business day for a refund less shipping costs. Purchasers seeking a refund are required to provide proof of shipment by emailing the tracking number to [email protected] within 36 hours of receipt. Saddles ridden in or showing wear, soiled, faded, scratched, treated with silver polish, oil, or any leather cleaning product or conditioner, or not returned to and received by Fort Brands within 1 week of receipt by customer will not be accepted for refund.SHIP TO:
